No two similar items are exactly the same. Our art is not mass produced; It is hand-made and has very small variations in shape, size, and color. Some items might show wear due to age or the process from which they were made.

Shipping and Handling
 All pieces are shipped within 2 business days of purchase via DHL, UPS, or Fedex and Insured within the US only. If you are outside the US please email  to request shipping cost quote.

Olevi Art & Culture, LLC cannot guarantee the day of delivery.

Notification of Shipping and Handling Costs
Shipping and Handling costs will be provided at the time of purchase, and will be charged with the cost of the material.

100% satisfaction guaranteed or your money back! Olevi Art & Culture, LLC wants you completely satisfied. Items may be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Damaged items not due to shipping can not be returned.
Please contact us first before you return merchandise.
Customer is still responsible for paying shipping and handling charges. However, after you notify us of your intent to return the merchandise, we will be responsible for return shipping, handling, and insurance charges.
Merchandise without original packaging will be charged a restocking fee.
